It’s essential for foster and adoptive families to have a strong sense of community and connection with one another because these families often face unique challenges that can feel isolating. By building relationships with others who understand their experiences, they gain emotional support, practical advice, and a network of resources that can make navigating their journey easier and more fulfilling.

When Hope That Binds was founded in 2013, financial support was the core of where our organization supported adoptive and foster families, but over the years, we saw a need for connection from the moms, the dads, the children, the families, which is why CONNECT serves as one of our core pillars.
